- - 400 gr of spaghetti - 600 gr shrimp - 1 ground peperoncino - 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive olio - 1/2 medium onion sliced finely - ½ cup of chopped parsley - 200 gr cherry tomatoes cut in half - 1/2 glass of white wine - 50 gr bread crumbs - 1 tablespoon of butter - salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water till al dente. Add the oil to a skillet lightly sauté over low heat the ground peperoncino with the finely sliced onion. As soon as they take on color, add the cherry tomatoes, the shrimp, the bread crumbs and the butter, cook over medium heat till shrimp are cooked,add the white wine and after 3-4 min salt and pepper as you like. Drain the pasta and add it into the skillet with the shrimp. Stir and serve.
