| Trems and Conditions for returned items |

Shop on line Trattoria Zàzà gives you the possibility to return items purchased, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You have 10 days from the date you have received your items to exercise your right to return your purchase.
But first be sure you have respected the following return conditions:
• You must fill out the on line return form and send it to Shop on line Trattoria Zàzà, who will contact you to let you know the state of the returned merchandise.
• The returned items can not be refunded if it has been used, worn, washed or damaged.
• All original tags must be attached to the item.
• All returned items must be in the original shipping package.
• Returned items must be shipped to Shop on line Trattoria Zàzà in one single shipping.
If all the conditions have been respected Shop on line Trattoria Zàzà will exchange the returned item with an item of your choice of the same value or higher, or reimburse the total cost of the item returned.
Should the reason for returning the item have been our fault, Shop on line Trattoria Zàzà will reimburse and pay for all shipping costs. In case of the contrary all shipping costs will be at your charge, and will not be reimbursed.
Once we have received the returned item and all return conditions have been met, Shop on line Trattoria Zàzà will immediately ship the substitute item. In case the item can not be substituted, a credit will be issued for the total amount of the returned item.
